Ntula C. Sinwinga
Ntula is Medical Director for Tiny Tim and Friends.
Since joining TTAF Ntula was in charge of the major HIV/AIDS projects at Nangoma mission hospital, and started the CHAZ antiretroviral clinic project at Zambian helpers hospital. This work has included development planning, site ART establishment, care, treatment and the management of HIV positive patients, as well as identification of clinical and sub-clinical manifestations of opportunistic infections (tuberculosis, karposis sarcoma and malnution in HIV + orphans).
Part of his job has also involved training caregivers in TTAF’s main approach- our opt-out VCT approach, and teaching mums infant CPR and first AID.
Prior to joining TTAF, Ntula spent a year in rural Zambia, Nangoma, running an income generating project for TB patients and managed to provide sustainable means and livelihoods for TB/HIV co-infected patients through small iga’s in mumbwa nangoma.
