Tiny Tim and Friends

On July 31, 2011, Dr. Tim and the board of Tiny Tim and Friends held “An Evening With Tiny Tim and Friends” at the Minnetonka Community Center in Minnetonka, MN.

Dr. Tim gave a very informative presentation about the latest projects within TT&F and was able to visit with all of the friends who were present.

Lebohang Moore, a volunteer from St. Paul, told us about the Animal Husbandry training program and the vegetable garden and sales of these products.

Dr. John Heimerl, a pediatrician from the U of M, shared his experiences working with the TT&F team in Zambia this year.

The silent auction table was a popular place with wonderful donations from many different businesses and people. Thank you to all the individuals and businesses that supported TT&F through Silent Auction donations. Click here for a link to the full donor list.

 A information table drew interest from many people who would like to volunteer with TT&F in Zambia.

The tables were decorated with photos, the famous green piggy banks and magnet refrigerator cards which told the story of individual children.

The craft table showcased all of the beautiful crafts made by the Kachele Women’s Craft Group in Zambia and brought back to the U.S. by volunteers.
