WE UNDERTAKE PROGRAMMES TO SUPPORT HIV+ CHILDREN LEAD POSITIVE LIVES & TO ELIMINATE HIV TRANSMISSION IN ZAMBIA

WHO WE HELP

Tiny Tim And Friends (TTF) is dedicated to saving and improving children’s lives. Our mission involves ensuring proper HIV management for vulnerable children, adolescents, and pregnant women through high-quality healthcare, nutrition, and child protection services. TTF goes beyond ART medication, aiming to help children reach their full potential and lead productive lives.
Since the onset of the HIV pandemic, millions of children worldwide have lost their lives to HIV, while many others have been orphaned and denied their rights due to being HIV positive. Zambia, significantly impacted by HIV, faces challenges as thousands of children and adolescents live with the virus. TTF stands out as a non-governmental organization specializing in pediatric HIV management.

TTF’s expertise includes:
  • Pediatric/adolescent counseling and testing
  • Elimination of mother-to-child transmission of HIV (EMTCT)
  • Support for orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) to help them thrive
  • Palliative care
  • Nutrition support
  • Social and Psychosocial support
  • Mental health care

Through our programs and rapid emergency responses, TTF prioritizes the most vulnerable children, adolescents, and pregnant women. Our ambitious goal for 2030 is to create a world where all children:
  • Survive: No child should die from HIV.
  • Are protected: Children born or exposed to HIV should be shielded from contracting the virus.
  • Thrive: Every child should have access to essentials that enable them to flourish
